Dawn Crystal Energy, Inc. (DCEI) is a company that provides eco-efficient, sustainable and reliable products, solutions and services to its various range of clients.

DCEI was launched in early 2009 in Cavite, Philippines. The company is a subsidiary of Sun System Engineering Ltd. (SSE) - an engineering, design, construction and maintenance firm based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
